ELBA is pleased to report that the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission imposed greater requirements of AEP in August
as an amendment to the proposed relicensing of hydro-electric production on
Smith Mountain Lake. More requirements are needed and ELBA will
continue to work in that direction. |
